WHY MAFUNDI SACCO <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The reason of coming up with this organization is because in Kenya we have so many \u2018Fundis\u2019 working in different avenues of construction with different groups\/ companies\/ individuals and self-employed but they end up in their later days with nothing in form of savings or where to begin from.<\/p>

\u2018Fundis\u2019 are the most people who suffer in terms of poor payments, hard labour, less pay, working long hours in poor conditions and delayed payments. Therefore, \u2018fundis\u2019 lack common voice to air their needs, complains and grievances.<\/p>

We want to have a common voice as the \u2018fundis\u2019 of Kenya as people who need to be heard, be recognized by the law of Kenya as important pillars in Kenyan Construction Industry<\/p>

To bring all the high-tech-knowhow from different bodies dealing with construction together to have a shared solution to our common problem we experience in our daily life (ideas, techniques, methods and solutions)<\/p>

Mafundi Sacco therefore, is a platform for self-lifestyle changing since it will encourage all the \u2018fundis\u2019 the morale of saving to change their livelihood, technique, information, manpower and experience.<\/p>

Since this is a Sacco for the \u2018fundis\u2019 in Kenya it will be easy for one\/clients to get correct manpower, contractors, engineers and \u2018fundis\u2019 in one place and the issue of being conned by some construction personnel will be a foregone thing since every person will be known as per his\/ her specialization in field work, special identification will be put in place to gap the security of the clients.<\/p>
